As a professional you certainly will have noticed that we are increasingly opting for genuine products and pure preparation. Grilling meat, fish and vegetables on a wood fire fits seamlessly into this trend. The Caveman Grill has developed 3 tabletop models especially for use in the professional kitchen: ‘Pro XL’, ‘Pro’ and the smallest ‘Gastro’.
The smallest model ‘Gastro’ is specifically intended to give that ‘last touch’ to your meat, fish and/or vegetables, adding that delicious touch of woody /smokey flavour. The small size of exactly 1/1 gastronorm has been chosen, which means that this model also fits in the usually busy kitchens in gastronomy. The ‘Gastro’ model is easy to move, of course still equipped with the extremely easy height-adjustable grid. So that you can make maximum use of the radiant heat of the fire (and/or charcoal) while grilling. Or, if desired, stay a little further away from the heat for ‘slower’ cooking your meat, fish or vegetables.
The Pro models are made of high-quality stainless steel and can be placed directly on a standard-height stainless steel kitchen worktop under a suitable exhaust system. Or, for private usage, can of course also be built in seamlessly in an outdoor kitchen. The ‘Pro’ models are delivered without stainless steel table.
