The Pro series is fully constructed out of high-performance stainless steel, ensuring a long lifespan and durable build. It can be placed directly on a stainless steel kitchen counter without the need for any renovations, but it’s important to have a professional open-fire exhaust system in place before using it.

The inside of the grill features an inlay of high-quality fire bricks that provide excellent heat radiation for sustained and steady grilling. The Pro series consists of three tabletop models – the Gastro, the Pro, and the Pro XL – that are extremely easy to adjust and have an easily height- adjustable grill grate.

This allows you to make the most of the radiant heat of the open woodfire (and/or charcoal) while grilling, or stay a little further away from the heat for ‘slower’ cooking of your meat, fish, or vegetables.
